Individual home construction is the buyer's account — internal layout, finishes, doors, windows, kitchen, and flooring are determined by each plot owner during the build phase.
For Phase 3 built villas (future), the Bulwark Group delivers a fully-constructed home with developer-defined construction specifications. Those specifications will be published at Phase 3 launch.
