Bulwark The Woodland Forest is at pre-launch / EOI stage as of June 2026. The 53-acre land parcel is owned and assembled by the Bulwark Group. The Karnataka RERA registration is applied. Approval is expected within the next one to two weeks. Civil works begin post-RERA. Phase 1 (9 acres, 120 plots, 80,000 sq ft clubhouse) is the first build-out zone. Possession is targeted for December 2029.

Bulwark The Woodland Forest Phase 1 Build-Out Sequence (Post-RERA)
Phase 1 construction follows the Construction-Linked Payment Plan (CLP) milestones. The build sequence:
- Excavation: Site clearing, levelling, and earthwork
- Foundation / Plinth Level: Foundation laying for clubhouse and amenity zones
- Road Laying / Underground Utility Completion: Internal roads, electrical, water, sewage
- Clubhouse Completion: 80,000 sq ft township clubhouse construction
- Demarcation / Boundary Work: Plot demarcation, perimeter walls, gates
- Intimation of Possession: Phase 1 plots ready for handover
- Registration: Sale agreements and plot registration
Phase 2, Phase 3, and Commercial Roadmap
Phase 2 plot inventory will launch after Phase 1 mobilisation. Phase 3 (built villas + villa plots) will launch later in the township timeline. The commercial component will be embedded in one of the future phases — Phase 2 or Phase 3 placement to be confirmed at RERA / brochure stage.
